BTCD Episode 1 (The towel) v.0.2. for silver/gold membership

This is the first episode in the series, the second episode will be released sometimes in the future.

Version 0.2 release notes/fixes:
- Fixed text rendering as the text was barely readable when displayed over certain white colored image sections.
- Removed the ability to define character names as they'll conflict with episode 2
