Walking "casts" Boots!

So I was commissioned again by an awesome patron, Jackie (thanks again hun!) to make these walking casts! She has amazing ideas! :)
- -BGC
- -unisex, teen through elder
- -disabled for randoms
- -tagged appropriately
- -some pants and long skirts won't work right with them; I messed with them for days trying to get all of them compatible but almost all of them work fine
- -3 files for each sex: both feet, right foot, and left foot. the boot has one swatch but the shoe comes with multiple colors
