Omggggggg bruh the same thing happened to me for like a week. It was the scariest shit ever all I heard was my heart beating fast asf like fight or flight was kicking in but I couldn’t move. After like the 3rd time for me too I would try to fight it and after I found some spiritually I would cuss the sports out like fuck no

Shit was scary asf, but I remember one time I said that it had "no control over me, and i was gonna wake up from it so i shouldn't be afraid". And then... Boom! I never had sleep paralysis ever again. I stood up to whatever tf it is! 😌

2024-10-23 20:51:58 +0000 UTCI used to have sleep paralysis a lot when I was younger but not as much now. I would see & feel things touching me sometimes. I rmb seeing a child-like figure that was all black standing in front of me at my grandmother's house just watching me.
