Star Knightess Aura Internal Release 0.36.0a

ITCH | MEGA | ITCH-DELUXE | MEGA-DELUXE

More bugfixes, most of them not too critical except for one. If you did the Homewrecking Vice branch it was possible to get stuck in an eternal "recollection" state which turned off all corruption parameter increases from Vice scenes. Other than that, mostly a bunch of minor to medium critical fixes like Blessed Water price not increasing per day.

If you download the latest version via the prerelease download links, be warned that you will be encountering a feature that is in-development for 0.37.0-prerelease-1 in the options menu.

It's a feature I briefly mentioned in a prerelease post ages ago and that I finished over the weekend. It's an option that will move your saves to either

AppData/Local/AuraGamedev/Star Knightess Aura/save/         (Desktop)

Documents/AuraGamedev/Star Knightess Aura/save/                (Android)

Operating with existing saves is of course always a risk, so if there's a bug that might have some terrible consequences so I recommend not using it for now. I don't think the risk is too high on Desktop, though on Android it's quite high as I need to migrate not just files but also between different saving methods.

That being said, the option does finally enable you to access your saves on the android and also import them. So if you really need to access them, for example to move them to PC or another phone, and otherwise you would lose them, then this option may be already helpful. Just remember, it's new and experimental, and I have only tested it on my personal android device and the various android versions have all changed what permissions an app needs in order to perform filesystem operations. For example, the standard folder Android/data/<package_id> is pretty much deprecated as publically accessible location and now only for private inaccessible data. At least that's my understanding. My modern android knowledge is not up to date. Yeah, so anyway, just wanted to warn you, be careful with the option! But if you really need to access your save files for some critical reason, it's there.
