Patreon out here ..doing things. :/

Just a small heads up!
You may have seen from other artists by this point but Patreon is making some changes going forward that I personally want to make sure you all are aware of cause the main focus of discussion for a lot of people seems to be the “iOS markup” for those who subscribe via the iOS app (not sure if this affects any of you but if you subscribe that way they are marking up the cost by 30%)

However what is less highlighted is that patreon is changing to subscription only. (meaning they will be removing the "pay at the start of the month" setup that they had for a long time)

While I’m unsure if this will remove my grandfathered in better rates where patreon takes a smaller cut from me vs newer accounts, I have reason to believe it will.

IF they end up taking a larger cut due to this I may have to move my focus over to kofi for support. (I will look into subscribe star if people like that as well) I will keep my Patreon page open regardless and allow YOU to decide where YOU are most comfortable supporting me! and discord subscriptions open which mirror the benefits and prices you already are familiar with here.

I AM REALLY hoping my old rates will be honored and I’m hoping the changes will be minimal for you all but AT LEAST they say they will be changing things by November 2025

So either way, we all have some time to get alternatives set up if it’s gonna be something we need to do <3
