What do you think of the Bond skills (Aside from the Richard Bond)
Added 2024-04-21 11:57:24 +0000 UTCThe Richard Bond skill (back then Seeds of Evil) was a type of passive I had planned to add to the game since the beginning and after implementing it, I really liked its concept of a relationship focused passive. Which is why I decided to also give one to Alicia/George/Rose.
However, those kind of have the downside of being available very early on (Especially George and Rose) making me very that they might be making things more complicated rather than being a nice little passive to enhance the experience of destroying their relationship.
In additon, their effects aren't that strong since they weren't planned for the game, so I ended up giving them a rather weak effect and now I am of course wondering, is the addition of this complexity worth it or does it feel like bloat.
So I'm curious to hear what other people think. Nice flavor passives that enhance the corruption experience or bloat?
Note that this is specifically only about the bond skills from the characters aside from Richard! His bond skill is important as an additional source of Vice progression.
