3 fits her the best, as it really has that commander aura. 1 feels like the first costume Edgar would make her wear.

2025-06-18 05:45:25 +0000 UTCIn general there will be (and already is) costume progression. The base costume is just the initial costume. The costumes that won't be chosen as base costume will become alt costumes available at the deluxe console, but won't be reflected in CGs.
