Surprise Liora update before the SKA update today. Since I mostly everything done on my side for the 1.1.0-beta update last week, I was able to spend quite some time on Liora and I have made some nice headway. The content itself isn't super exciting but it fixes the problem of getting hard-walled by the enemy powers ups through a second side dungeon: The Granite Mines.

Since the dungeon is a mine, it has a lot of mining spots, adds new harvestable items in general (One is the good old Emerald Leaf, the other is the new material Granitite which focuses on DEF). There are also quite a few jumping spots and otherwise Bombs are integral for this dungeon as you need to clear out various Rocks for better attack positions and to reach the Guardian. In contrast to the plant obstacles they don't respawn upon Area Clear, so it has a bit of a different dynamic.
Beware the rats are OP - they know magic & teamwork skills. :'D I have also applied a variety of minor balancing changes that aren't logged in the changelog as I was playtesting the dungeon. The last element missing is the connection from clothing to gameplay (Edgar will be able to enchant clothes as a negotiation option to give elemental resistances). Without this elemental heavy attackers are a bit too strong, but then I think the gameplay loop is closed.

Besides that, I finished the remaining mapping work, integrated the Edgar artwork, progressed on eliminating various [TO BE IMPLEMENTED] messages, finished out all the important tutorials, added a bunch of learnable skills and so on. Our artist is currently working on getting the Edgar Date CG production ready with the necessary layer updates so it works with systems like the costume system and isn't just one static picture. Things are going a bit slower here than expected but I guess I have plenty of other stuff to work on for now.
Btw the skill "Martial Prowess II" that you see in the screenshot is just how I decided to control Edgar exclusivity on Martial skills. Martial Prowess I is needed to learn certain Rank I Martials such as Slash I. Edgar starts with the skill (except on old versions I guess because he didn't have it yet x_x) and Rean can also learn it but needs to reach a significantly higher level (Level 12 currently).
