The pacing is nice and brisk at a time when you want it to be for reader retention. If you slow it down some once the story gets going and readers are more emotionally invested that would be good, too.

2021-07-30 23:31:34 +0000 UTCI'm enjoying it, and more importantly you seem to be enjoying writing it. I think the chapters could stand to be a bit longer though, some of them have felt too short. This one was fine. I'm glad the pace of the story is moving quickly.
