small update
Added 2020-08-05 03:27:48 +0000 UTCWhile I was absent, I was able to get antidepressants! It's my first time in my life that I've been able to get on medication for my anxiety and depression. It's very exciting for me to start the steps into better health, it's been the largest roadblock to me being able to work. There's still a lot I have to address with my mental health, and it'll take time to handle it. But I'll be doing my best to get a good handle on it.
I'll also be slowly getting back into the work saddle and gonna start streaming once I feel comfortable enough drawing again.

yay meds! yay self care! i hope they work out well for you. I've been seeing a psych and a therapist for more than a year now and it's helped out a ton. the meds especially helped with the whole executive function stuff where i would just sit in my chair watching youtube videos KNOWING i had something to do but being incapable of getting up to do it.
