Little disclaimer please don't take these as some sorts of tutorial because that is not the intention and the notes are mostly for myself ๐ญ๐ซถ (it's also a bit messy because I'm trying to take in too mich at once probably but I'm working on that) of course if you find anything helpful nonetheless I'm glad!!

If you are in need of an anatomy book that has accurate draws and descriptions of muscles and skeleton, I suggest you "Classic Human Anatomy" from Valerie Winslow! I always have it near me when drawing, is so useful!! Keep up the good work :)
