He's Lvl 7 (info told in Sword Oratoria). Orario's sorta just run by the Guild and Peacekeeper Familias, it's an independent city-state per say, so while there may be adventurers with royal heritage/blood and from different countries, that doesn't mean much here. No monarchs, presidents, or dictators to command them. Adventurers just (mostly) listen to their respective gods/goddesses, and the Guild when they need to use their influence to get jobs done.

However, it's sorta concerning that JC Staff cutout some important pieces of information that would have come up during the Hermes & Bell outside chat, and that information is a culmination of history, worldbuilding, and dire straits sort of news that you'd love. So I hope JC Staff manages to put it somewhere else into Season 2, otherwise, they're sorta shooting themselves in the foot when it comes to future stuff.

She used her Magic Cinder Ella in Episode 1 to disgues herself as a Chientrophe ( The Girl called Naaza is a Chienthrope) Chienthrope: Chienthropes are a Demi Human race that have dog ears and a tail. Pallum: Pallum are a Demi Human race of small people. Like Humans, they are generally said to be the weakest race, but they have excellent sight that allows them to see in the dark. There are 16 Races yet mentioned in the Light Novel. And dont worry, they dont shared this Informations in the Anime ( Season 1), its typical Details for the Light Novel Originalsource. ^^
