Emilia's dive into the water I felt was very symbolic, on above the water was the happiness that could've been (hence the title name). As she was standing on the cliff staring down into the water, she was seeing the real present played back in her mind of all the hardship that she has and must continue to endure as if it was below the water's surface, hidden by the reflection of happiness that lay above it. Ultimately she made the choice to cross that barrier from the fake reality to the real one as she jumped. Just as she was about to hit the water, she self reflects.

I also think that the scene where all the villagers gathering around when Emilia finished her trial is very symbolic when you think about it, since she used to be outcasted and ridiculed by villagers in the past. But anyways nice video!

Someone mentioned that the reason why Emilia looked into her reflection for so long in the water, the reason why she mentioned that she looked less like Mother Fortuna is because she used to always be ridiculed and called "ugly" and "disgusting" witch by the villagers, she never looked at her reflection because she felt ashamed. So in essence I believe that she forgot what she looked like, hence why she said she thought she looked more like Mother Fortuna
