Matt, careful with weight lifting, you should avoid bending down and moving your head suddenly as it can cause the crystals to come out. My mum had a bad attack just before Xmas 2021 and ended up sleeping in a reclining chair for 2 months as she couldn't lie down, she still has a therapist coming to the house to do the different treatments on her every week and waiting on more tests. They have said it gets worse with age as the crystals come out easier.

Awww Matthew!! You have made me proper piss my pants with laughter listening to this. Haven't listened to you for an age due to one thing or another. Missed all of the Noel kerfuffle. Listening to you ramble on is like listening to a really old friend, whitter away in your house on red wine. Telling the most idiotic tales ever.
