It's crazy theory, but it can be real. Facts: No. 1 Shinpachi is always using the sufix "-san". No. 2 He is playing background role = he is live in shadow of Gintoki. (source: 3rd ep. of Gintama, Shinpachi called Gintoki "light" and the same line appear in future arc "XX Arc") No. 3 They didn't show us his face, because we can know this person :) No. 4 He have the similar outfit like Shinpachi in ep. 150 (last gintama episode) and he have brown/black hair like Shinpachi (Real Kuroko have blue hair). No. 5 The last sentence of Kurokono: "I will be always by your side"
