Added 2025-08-22 19:01:59 +0000 UTCI have removed all the membership tiers, so no one new should be able to subscribe and become a member, but those who have already subscribed should still have access to Jimbo. The response to my Jimbo G&W mod was nice at first, but now it has spiraled into something awful. One of the members here leaked the mod, so I'm sorry if that devalues it for some others, there's nothing I could do there. Additionally, I keep receiving insults, harassment, and dms telling to kill myself that I would rather not deal with. The juice is not worth the squeeze. Making mods of this caliber take time, and I thought maybe paywalling it would not only make that time more worth it, but encourage and give me the freedom to make more.
Most of you are probably new here and have never heard of me, but every time I've made anything online that's gone any sort of viral, I've received copious amounts of harassment and insults from the smash community, of which I've been a part of for a decade. Every time I tell myself it's just a few bad apples and most people are supportive and nice, which I think is true. However, there are an overwhelming amount of bad apples, each time more numerous and vocal than the last, and I'm quite frankly tired of dealing with it. I'm going to take some time and assess where I want to go from here. This all has been quite taxing.
Edit: Didn't realize people could still subscribe after removing membership tiers. Made Jimbo available to anyone new that subscribed, not just the previous tiers.
