August reward available on Discord

The August reward will be available in the monthly rewards channel for 1 week. I wanted to make it 10 images, but due to running out of time again I decided to split it into two separate rewards, and make the second half the September reward. Sorry for not being able to release the whole thing as a single reward like I'd originally planned. I considered pausing the billing again, but this year has already gone pretty terribly so far, so if possible I want to avoid having to pause it any more.

I've already made a good amount of progress on the second half of the image set, so I should definitely be able to finish it this month. I haven't forgotten about putting the old rewards on Gumroad either, though as everyone probably expects by now, I can't say for sure when I'll get around to doing it. However if I can get the September reward finished early enough, there's a good chance that I could do it this month.

I'm also working on a new comic that I have planned for later this year or early next year, and I've already drawn thumbnails for the whole thing and written most of the dialogue. I know the last time I tried to do a comic went pretty badly, but this one is much better planned, so hopefully I can finish it much more quickly and smoothly. I wanted to make a start on it while the idea was still fresh, though for the time being I'll put it aside so I can work on more current things.

Lately I've also been thinking about how I can improve my pitiful working speed. Aside from health issues, one of the biggest things that slows me down is my environment. To get around this, I'm considering buying a drawing tablet that I can use anywhere without having to connect it to a computer, so that I can go to more peaceful places to draw where I won't be disrupted. Though I'm not expecting to find anything cheap, I guess it would be worth it if it helps me work faster.

Anyway, thanks as always for your support. Hopefully I can at least handle the rest of the year okay.
