edit to tiers

Quick notice. I edited the tiers. Since everyone will be able to submit writing requests each month for 2025, Discord access has been bumped to exclusively the $3 and $5 tiers. This will NOT AFFECT anyone who joined already in the old tier system. I will not kick anyone out who had already joined before. But from here on out, only $3 and $5 tiers get you in the Discord server.
