About the Game

What is Cherry VX and how do you play? Try the demo for Oculus Quest. Here's a link to the Steam page for the PC version. Find a game description, trailer and reviews for the PC version here. 

Is it similar to the PC version?

Mechanically it is exactly the same. You use your Quest touch controllers in the exact same way to interact with models. Content-wise it is exactly the same. All the models, clothing and poses you find in the PC version are there in the Quest version.

The differences lie in the optimization of the architecture of 3D models and the de-rezzing of textures so the little mobile Snapdragon chip can cope. Shaders used in the PC version that used GPU-based tessellation had to replaced to not include this feature. Some environmental objects (namely the bigscreens) had to be optimized to, again, ensure the FPS remained high.

The game is excellent and Maybe it would be better if the outline could be optionally changed like the game: VR右手が恋人, of Pixi.

Not sure if this is the right place to give feedback but hopefully it reaches the dev team :) I’ve been enjoying playing the game for a few days now and have some feedback based on my experience so far. Overall it’s been fun to play and it would be great if, - passthrough mode was added to the game, this would greatly increase immersion if the characters were in your own room. - the animation where the characters go into/rise up from the ground could be removed. It takes far too long to change between poses or characters. - the breast physics could be improved (the Quest version of Captain Hardcore is a good example of what is possible) - enable collision between the characters and the users hands/face - fix clipping bugs (collision detection bugs) between character limbs/breasts etc - fix limb joint errors when the characters limbs are repositioned which can lead to for example the feet being positioned at a completely impossible angle Overall a fun experience and I can see a lot of future potential for this game :-)
