Issues with Email validation in Quest Version

For those having issues validating their copy of Cherry VX please read the following tips;
Give a little time for the Patreon pledge payment to process. It takes about 20-25 minutes for your transaction to finalize. This also happens when updating your pledge.
Make sure you are subscribed to the correct tier. Cherry VX for Quest is only available at the 'Technician' (US $15) tier or higher. Previously, there was an offer to get it by subscribing to a lower tier. This offer has expired but the post is accessible for those on the lower tier so they can still download it.
Double check your email address is the correct one — you must use the email address associated with your Patreon account. Also, the validation is case sensitive. Check that you are matching the case of your email address (and that your Quest is connected to the internet).

(does having that somehow negate and destroy ownership of the quest version?) its been more than the time stated to wait. why is it not working?
