メトロポリスは本当に危険な街です！犯罪者と暴力が街中に溢れています！だから、そこを歩くことはまるで死に直面するようなものです。それが、残酷なメトロポリスのリーダーに支配されている犯罪ギャングに所属していない場合です... (´；ω；｀)

「でも、希望はないの？特殊部隊がこの野蛮な状況を終わらせてくれると信じているけど、それまでどうすればいいの？私たちはメトロポリスの不正な悪党に滅ぼされる運命なの？う、うわぁー！」｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

おいおい、そんなこと言わないで、友よ。大丈夫、泣かないでいいんだ。怖いのはわかるよ、最初は僕も怖かったんだから！でも心配しなくていい、だって...定期的なセキュリティチェックのおかげで、街の安全は今まで以上に守られているんだ！<(￣⁠︶⁠￣⁠)>

ふふふ！驚いたでしょ！でももちろん！どうして犯罪で溢れた街がこんなに長く保たれているのか、不思議に思うでしょう。混沌があるかもしれないけれど、その中にも秩序があるんだ！市民たちは自ら組織し、街が完全に崩壊しないようにパトロールを作り上げたんだ。このパトロールが「定期的なセキュリティチェック」だ！やったね！٩(^ᴗ^)۶

これが市民と民間人の違いなんだ。市民は安全のために個人的な責任を引き受け、命をかけて守る。民間人はそうしない！
