Power Scaled - Chapter 16

Chapter 15 was the start of the next arc of this story. Whereas 1 - 14 was the origin and home arc, now things are moving to school due to greed or genuine stupidity, maybe a bit of both. So, from 15 on, we're dealing with the school arc.
I would honestly suggest going back to re-read chapter 15, as this one leads right off from that chapter. It is also in the #private-links chat. Some of the characters introduced in that chapter may or may not be important as the story goes on.
And it's been so long that I had to even go back and do a little re-read.
As for chapter 17, I am working on that right now, and it might be seen sooner rather than later. I'll post WIP updates on it in the basement for those tier 3's and above to check out when I feel it's good enough to share over there.
