Essentially, I just started with a rough sketch, refined the drawing loosely, and then instead of inking, my brain went . . . 'maybe I should do the colour early . . .maybe I can skip the lining . . .' So I asked Nix and bravely progressed. I am so happy I did. My painting has gotten better after all this time. Thank you so much for just givin me that freedom Nix. Without feeling free, this wouldnt have come together at all. I would have obsessed, and that's what has always killed my painting before. Looking forward to more of it!
