I first saw Taarna when I was like 7 years old. Scenes from Heavy metal were shown in the show that was all about science fiction, movies and books. They chose the final fight scene. I was mind blown. So far the only animation I watched were the Smurfs:). Julie`s Metal came out much later so it didn't have that shock or impact as the first one had on me. Though I loved all those production stuff. Illustrations by Bisley.
