Blackbriar Manor

Blackbriar Manor is a sinister, atmospheric TTRPG battlemap that brings to life the eerie remains of a once-grand estate, now crumbling and overrun with decay. The mansion is steeped in a bloody history, haunted by the gruesome murders that took place within its walls. Every creaking floorboard and shattered window adds to the oppressive gloom, with moonlight barely piercing the shadowy, labyrinthine interior.

Players are hired by a paranormal investigator—or a curious alchemist—seeking to uncover the manor’s dark secrets. Their mission: protect their employer from aggressive squatters and unseen dangers. As the party explores the decaying rooms, they’ll encounter hidden passageways, ghostly apparitions, and remnants of the house’s violent past. With threats lurking at every turn, Blackbriar Manor’s deadly history is ever-present, casting a chilling pall over every step.

First Floor

• Porch: Cracked and ruined, littered with debris.

• Foyer: A once-welcoming entry, now with stained rugs and battered furniture.

• Kitchen: Broken and abandoned, bearing the scars of neglect.

• Investigator’s Lair: The only preserved room, outfitted with tools for exploring the manor’s hauntings.

• Great Hall: A decaying chamber with an ominous, looming statue.

Second Floor

• Bedrooms: Torn apart, strewn with scattered papers and dismantled beds.

• Bathroom: Stained with blood and echoing past horrors.

• Storage Closet: A chilling space with a manacled chair amid clutter.

• Sitting Room: Windows smashed and boarded, shadows spilling across the floor.

Basement

• Storage Room: Partially flooded and choked with clutter.

• Children’s Bedroom: Shadowed walls, hiding a false mirror with a secret door.

• Workshop: Filled with rotting wood and old tools.

• Prison Chamber: Wooden beds and shackles hinting at a dark past.

• Well Room: Bones litter the floor, and shackled skeletons hang from the walls.

• Arcane Hall: Flooded with bubbling murky water, an arcane circle lies broken at the bottom.

• Catacomb Chamber: Gothic and foreboding, with stone seats, torture racks, and a central sarcophagus.
