Anime Summoning System
The words "Anime Summoning System" were displayed at the top of the system panel.
The young man, bewildered, pondered the meaning behind the title as he skimmed through the rest of the screen. His curiosity grew as he noticed several sections listed below:
Status
Equipment
Ability
Item
Summon
"If I don't understand what this means, then I haven't read enough novels," he thought to himself. This was clearly a cheating system, just like in the stories he'd read.
With excitement bubbling inside him, he jumped into the air with all his might, breaking his own personal record in the process. He was so ecstatic that he almost wanted to cry.
Laughing uncontrollably, his expression twisted into something ridiculous—almost like someone who had lost their mind completely.
Overcome with joy, he tried to kiss the system panel, but his lips passed through it effortlessly. Unfazed, he shrugged and decided to press the 'Status' tab.
The other tabs vanished, and an illusory projection of himself appeared from head to toe, accompanied by a brief description labeled "User Status":
Name: Human
Equipment: -
Equipment Points: 0 (Ep)
Ability Points: 0 (Ap)
Item Points: 0 (Ip)
Summon Points: 0 (Sp)
"...."
He stared blankly at the screen.
"What is that even supposed to mean?"
He grumbled, "Okay, I get it. As a beginner, it’s understandable that I have zero points in every category. But why is my name just 'Human'?"
His complaints were cut short by the sound of a mechanical voice.
"Please enter your name!"
He scratched his head, feeling a mix of amusement and frustration. "This thing must be messing with me."
"Please enter your name!" the voice repeated, more insistent this time.
Sighing deeply, he muttered, "Alright, alright, my name is—"
He stopped mid-sentence.
This was a new world, a fresh start. Did his old name really matter anymore? In this world, he could be whoever he wanted to be. And then, like a flash of inspiration, a name popped into his head. He looked up with newfound determination.
"Nolan! I'll go by the name Nolan."
After all, no one here would recognize him. A cooler-sounding name couldn’t hurt, right?
"Beep! Identity confirmed. User's name: Nolan."
Satisfied with his decision and now seeing "Nolan" where "Human" used to be, he nodded in approval. Shifting his focus back to the other tabs, he eagerly clicked on the 'Ability' tab. Three sub-tabs appeared:
Skill Type
Talent Type
Bloodline Type
Without hesitation, Nolan selected the 'Bloodline Type' tab.
• Uchiha Bloodline:
Sharingan One Tomoe (1,000 Ap)
Sharingan Two Tomoe (3,000 Ap)
Sharingan Three Tomoe (10,000 Ap)
Mangekyou Sharingan (100,000 Ap)
Eternal Mangekyou (500,000 Ap)
Rinnegan (1,000,000 Ap)
• Senju Bloodline:
Woodstyle Primary (10,000 Ap)
Woodstyle Intermediate (100,000 Ap)
Woodstyle Peak (500,000 Ap)
Sage Body (1,000,000 Ap)
• Vampire Bloodline:
Low Rank Vampire (1,000 Ap)
Medium Rank Vampire (2,500 Ap)
High Rank Vampire (15,000 Ap)
Vampire Lord (50,000 Ap)
True Ancestor (500,000 Ap)
• Titan Bloodline:
Founding Titan (500,000 Ap)
...
Nolan’s eyes widened as he took in the sheer amount of points required. The long string of zeroes made his head spin.
"Too much... it’s too much!" he muttered, feeling overwhelmed. He couldn’t even afford the cheapest option.
Clutching his chest, he grimaced.
His heart couldn’t handle the stress of not having enough points. But in that moment of panic, he realized something important.
With this system, he could climb to the top of the world.
Nolan burst out laughing again, imagining the power he would one day wield, even though none of it had come to pass yet.
Still grinning, he closed the 'Bloodline' tab and simultaneously opened both the 'Talent Type' and 'Skill Type' tabs. He couldn’t help but laugh wickedly at the endless possibilities.
Skill Type:
Sword Mastery (10,000 Ap), Intent (100,000 Ap)
Axe Mastery (10,000 Ap), Intent (100,000 Ap)
Mystic Eyes of Death (1,000,000 Ap)
Ice Dou Qi (10,000 Ap)
Heavenly God’s Spiritual Veins (50,000 Ap)
Shoe Making Mastery (100 Ap)
Food God (1,000 Ap)
Hair Cutter (100 Ap)
As he continued to scroll, Nolan’s mouth twitched.
"This system must be joking! Shoe-making mastery? Hair-cutting? Who even buys these abilities?"
Despite the absurdity, he continued exploring, eventually gaining a deeper understanding of the difference between the sub-tabs.
Skills, he realized, could be learned through practice.
Talents, however, were innate—abilities that couldn’t be acquired through training alone.
As for bloodlines, they were even more exclusive. Only those born with the corresponding bloodline could unlock the power it held.
There were limitations, though. Even if an ability came from different categories, some couldn’t be used simultaneously.
For instance, you couldn’t use both the Mystic Eyes of Death and the Rinnegan at the same time, since they both revolved around the eyes.
Similarly, one couldn’t possess two bloodlines at once. Switching bloodlines required a complete transformation, and the previous bloodline would be lost.
There was a silver lining, though. The system allowed him to resell a bloodline for half its original value. It wasn’t ideal, but at least it wasn’t a total loss.
After more probing, Nolan felt he had grasped the system’s overall structure. It wasn’t just about abilities. There were also equipment, items, and even summons, all available in the exchange list. Each had its own cost: Ep for equipment, Ip for items, Ap for abilities, and Sp for summons.
After exploring further, he realized the only limit was his lack of points.
Everything else he could imagine was there!
But when he finally scrolled through the 'Summon' tab, his excitement reached a whole new level.
His idiocy once again ascended beyond the limits of humanity.
"WAHAHAHAHAHA"
