I realize that there is an entire sequence left out between panel 4 and panel 5. How Kim got out of bed and into the wheelchair with only one arm and leg stumps would probably have been a full page in itself. And I appreciate that Aaron skipped showing that sequence. I actually prefer imagining the sequence in my imagination. It's probably more arduous and complicated than it would have been if it had been illustrated. :-)
