466. Obito's Intelligence

After the commander of the Allied Forces was decided, the focus of the meeting shifted to how to launch an attack against Konoha. It was at this moment that a playful voice suddenly echoed through the conference room.

"Hello, everyone!"

With this voice, Obito Uchiha, wearing his white mask, appeared in the center of the room. His feet were planted on the ceiling, and he hung upside down in front of everyone. Accompanying him was Zetsu, cloaked in black.

Seeing this, Ōnoki explained, "He's the mastermind behind the Nine-Tails attack on Konoha and an S-rank missing-nin from Konoha."

This revelation caused the Raikage and others who were unaware of Obito's identity to widen their eyes in shock.

That terrible incident had nearly destroyed Konoha and was a stain on its history that could not be erased.

If this man was truly who Ōnoki claimed, then his credibility was undeniable.

Only the Mizukage, Mei Terumī, remained silent, her expression dark.

According to Danzō, the Blood Mist faction's control over Kirigakure was also tied to this man.

Naturally, Mei had no goodwill toward him.

Obito, however, didn't care.

The tide had already turned in favor of uniting against Konoha, and it wasn't something a single Mizukage could stop.

Besides, there was no concrete evidence that he had controlled Yagura.

Was he supposed to be convicted based solely on Danzō's speculation? That was laughable.

With a smirk, Obito crouched on the conference table and said, "That's right, I am Konoha's S-rank missing-nin—"

"Uchiha Obito."

As he spoke, Obito revealed his Mangekyō Sharingan, and a chilling aura instantly filled the room.

"Mangekyō Sharingan..."

The Kage present couldn't help but show signs of wariness.

Over the past few years, Danzō, Fugaku, and Shisui had made the entire ninja world aware of the fearsome reputation of the Mangekyō Sharingan.

It represented the pinnacle of Uchiha power, and anyone who awakened it was essentially a Kage-level fighter.

Such a person demanded the respect of the four Kage present.

"What is your purpose?" the Raikage asked, his earlier dismissiveness replaced with seriousness.

"Alliance," Obito replied without hesitation. "I came here to propose an alliance with all of you to take down Konoha."

He narrowed his eyes, his voice filled with killing intent.

Hearing this, the Raikage, now the commander of the Allied Forces, also narrowed his eyes.

"If you want to form an alliance, you'll need to prove your worth to us."

Despite being a Kage-level fighter, Obito's words alone weren't enough.

Without tangible benefits, the Allied Forces wouldn't accept someone with such a dubious background.

"Worth, huh?"

Obito chuckled lightly, then waved his hand.

The White Zetsu above him immediately tossed a scroll down, which Obito caught and then threw onto the table in front of the Kage.

"This is the intelligence I've gathered on Konoha's combat strength. If, after reading it, you feel you don't need my help, I'll leave immediately."

Hearing this, the Raikage and the others exchanged glances before deciding to take a look.

What they saw shocked them.

The scroll was densely packed with the names of Konoha's current Kage-level fighters.

Danzō Shimura, of course, was the undisputed strongest in the ninja world.

Then there was Hiruzen Sarutobi from the older generation. Although aged, he could still play a significant role on the battlefield.

Next were Jiraiya and Tsunade, two of the Sannin, both in their prime and whose strength needed no explanation.

It was also rumored that Tsunade's hemophobia had been cured by Danzō, allowing her to fight at full strength.

That made four.

Then there was the current Hokage, Minato Namikaze, and his wife, the former Nine-Tails jinchūriki, Kushina Uzumaki, who had mastered the Uzumaki clan's sealing techniques.

Both were undoubtedly Kage-level.

Following them was Fugaku Uchiha, the head of the Uchiha clan and a peer of Minato's.

He too had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, making him Kage-level.

Then there were the members of Danzō's personally trained Earth Branch Squad:

Shisui Uchiha, Danzō's first disciple and a Mangekyō Sharingan user, Kage-level.

Ryoma Aburame, a master of insect manipulation, Kage-level.

Shimura Koyou, commander of Konoha's military district and a Scorch Release user, Kage-level.

Kakuzu, a former renowned bounty hunter and immortal ninja, Kage-level.

Oyashiro En, Konoha's Minister of Commerce and a descendant of the Chinoike clan with the kekkei genkai Bloodline Limit: Blood Dragon Eye, Kage-level.

Kakashi Hatake, head of Konoha's Anbu and a wielder of the Sharingan, whose strength had grown rapidly, Kage-level.

In addition, Obito estimated that Konoha still had two or three Kage-level fighters hidden as trump cards.

But even without those, the list was enough to leave everyone present stunned.

If this intelligence was accurate, Obito estimated that Konoha currently had at least fifteen to sixteen Kage-level fighters...

How were they supposed to fight that?

After all, even including the jinchūriki, the other nations only had two or three Kage-level fighters each.

Combined, they still couldn't match Konoha.

Not to mention Konoha's overwhelming advantage in technological weapons, and Danzō's ability to take on multiple Kage-level fighters alone...
