After Hanekawa activated his Rinne Sharingan, a flood of information surged into his mind.
This knowledge was innate to the Rinne Sharingan, detailing its abilities.
He discovered that his Rinne Sharingan techniques were identical to Kaguya Ōtsutsuki’s—such as Eighty Gods Vacuum Fists, All-Killing Ash Bones, Yomotsu Hirasaka, and Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Hanekawa guessed the reason was that they had both consumed fruit from the same Divine Tree.
Still, he was more than satisfied.
After all, none of these ocular techniques were weak.
Snapping out of his thoughts, Hanekawa landed on the ground.
His gaze met Kaguya’s.
"What’s with that look?"
After staring at her for a couple of seconds, he asked, "Why do I feel like you want to eat me?"
"I do."
Kaguya answered honestly. "But I can’t bring myself to."
Hanekawa had just consumed the Divine Tree’s fruit, and his chakra hadn’t fully stabilized. To her, he was unimaginably enticing.
If it were anyone else, she would have already devised a way to kill them and absorb their chakra.
But this was Hanekawa.
Compared to a one-time absorption, she preferred a more… mutually beneficial and long-term arrangement.
After all, at Hanekawa’s level, every part of his body brimmed with chakra.
"Good thing you can’t bring yourself to."
Hanekawa teased. "Otherwise, I’d have to flee overnight."
"No!"
Kaguya immediately stepped forward and grabbed his hand.
"I won’t run."
Hanekawa found her reaction both amusing and touching.
The normally expressionless Kaguya had actually shown a flicker of panic just now—something he hadn’t expected.
"Such a sweet airhead."
He pinched her doll-like cheeks affectionately.
"Sweet airhead?"
Kaguya tilted her head slightly, her snow-white eyes filled with confusion.
"That’s exactly what you look like right now."
Hanekawa chuckled and kissed her soft lips.
"…?"
Kaguya was even more puzzled.
But being kissed made her happy, so she decided being a "sweet airhead" wasn’t so bad.
"Be good and call Tsukihime for me."
Hanekawa didn’t explain further and turned his attention to the Divine Tree.
He planned to release the Nine Tailed Beasts again.
The next fruiting period was uncertain.
Judging from Boruto, it would likely take a long time—decades, perhaps.
After all, by the time Momoshiki’s trio descended, Sasuke would already be a young man.
Right now, he was only six.
But Hanekawa wasn’t in a hurry.
This period would allow him to fully digest the Divine Tree’s power and master his newfound strength.
By the time he and Kaguya faced Momoshiki’s group, victory would be all but assured.
A black portal appeared.
Kaguya and Tsukuyomi stepped out.
"I’ll leave the Nine Tails to you, Tsukihime."
Hanekawa glanced at the released beasts and said.
With his Rinne Sharingan, he could now control the Divine Tree with ease, effectively becoming its second master.
Of course, this was only possible with Kaguya’s permission.
As the first to consume its fruit, she and the tree were theoretically one and the same.
"Understood."
Tsukihime nodded.
She was used to this—Kaguya had done the same after eating the second Divine Tree’s fruit.
Tsukihime led the Tailed Beasts away.
Hanekawa and Kaguya left Mount Myōboku and returned to the Hokage’s office.
"Hanekawa."
Rin, sitting on the sofa, stood up to greet him.
Her eyes instinctively flickered to where Hanekawa and Kaguya’s hands were intertwined.
Though Kaguya wore an ANBU mask, her long silver hair made her gender unmistakable.
Hanekawa calmly released Kaguya’s hand and gave her a look.
She obediently vanished.
"Rin, it’s rare for you to visit my office on your own."
Hanekawa walked over and embraced her.
Since the shinobi world had achieved peace, Konoha’s hospital had become the busiest place.
And with Rin’s strong sense of responsibility, she was always swamped with work.
"I… I needed to talk to you about something."
Rin flushed slightly as she felt the warmth of his arms.
Though they were already intimate, her shy personality—somewhat like Hinata’s—made her easily flustered.
"What is it?"
Hanekawa sat on the sofa, shifting from holding her waist to caressing her legs.
Beneath Rin’s pink skirt were thighs wrapped in dark red thigh-high socks.
The sock bands pressed into her soft skin, leaving faint marks.
Hanekawa ran his fingers over them, savoring their soft yet firm texture.
"Y-Yesterday, Lord Orochimaru gave me a new technique…"
Rin suppressed the strange sensations from his touch. "But I’m not sure if I should use it."
"What technique?"
Hanekawa asked curiously.
"Cloning technology."
Rin handed him a scroll.
Hanekawa released her legs and unfurled the scroll.
After a moment, he inwardly nodded.
It was the same cloning technique from the original series, developed using Uchiha Shin’s unique biology.
In short, it allowed asexual reproduction of genetically identical organisms.
Uchiha Shin’s body, which rejected no transplants, made him the perfect candidate.
In the original timeline, he had even used his clones to develop Mangekyō Sharingan.
Beyond that, his greatest utility was organ transplantation—such as when Orochimaru gifted Danzō with cloned Uchiha Shin arms.
"Do you see any issues with it?"
Hanekawa rolled up the scroll and asked.
"Lord Orochimaru didn’t disclose the source of the organs."
Rin hesitated before answering.
Only a handful knew of Uchiha Shin’s existence.
And given Orochimaru’s infamous reputation, she worried innocent people might be involved.
"Don’t worry. The source isn’t shady, and there won’t be any problems."
Hanekawa reassured her firmly.
This cloning technology was revolutionary for medical science.
And sacrificing just one man—Uchiha Shin—was a small price.
Besides, in the original story, he had been nothing but trouble.
Hanekawa saw no moral dilemma in using him.
"Mm."
Rin nodded, trusting him.
"Anything else?"
Hanekawa handed the scroll back.
"No, I’ll head back no—mmph!"
Before she could finish, Hanekawa sealed her lips with his own.
Her soft mouth glistened under his touch.
"No rush. I need your help with something."
He pulled back after a lingering kiss.
"B-But it’s daytime…"
Rin’s heart raced as her cheeks burned.
She thought he meant that.
"What are you thinking?"
Hanekawa flicked her forehead playfully. "Want to watch a movie?"
"A movie?"
Rin blinked, realizing her misunderstanding, and turned even redder.
"The film adaptation of my novel."
Hanekawa reminded her.
"Oh."
Rin recalled—it was Demon Slayer, the movie Tsunade had been preparing for a while.
Though busy at the hospital, she’d heard about it.
"Let’s go."
Hanekawa took her hand.
"W-Wait! The theater will be crowded… what if we…"
Rin tugged at him anxiously.
"Good thinking."
Hanekawa smirked, understanding her concern. "We’ll book the whole place."
Rin sighed in relief.
After all these years, she had accepted her role as his "secret girlfriend."
She didn’t want their relationship exposed—especially not to affect others, like Kurenai.
With a flicker of the Flying Thunder God Technique, they arrived at the nearest cinema.
As Rin had predicted, the theater was packed.
Thanks to the shinobi world’s recent economic growth, entertainment like movies had become popular.
In the past, constant warfare had left little room for leisure.
At Hanekawa’s command, the staff quickly cleared a screening room for them.
Inside, Rin marveled at the massive screen.
"First time at a cinema?"
Hanekawa glanced at her.
"Yeah."
Rin nodded. "I never had time before."
"Work is important, but so is rest."
Hanekawa led her to the center seats.
"I know."
Rin smiled warmly.
"Sit with me."
Hanekawa pulled her onto his lap.
Rin nestled against him, equal parts shy and blissful.
The lights dimmed, leaving only the screen’s glow.
Hanekawa wrapped an arm around Rin, his right hand resting on her thigh.
His eyes turned to the film.
"Hmm… Not bad."
For one, Demon Slayer’s plot was straightforward.
And the special effects were impressively realistic.
Perfect for casual viewing.
Time flew.
Two hours later, the credits rolled.
"How was it?"
Hanekawa patted Rin’s thigh.
"It was good."
Rin replied.
As a first-timer, she found the experience novel.
Even a bad movie would’ve impressed her—let alone this decent one.
By Hanekawa’s standards, it was above average.
"Thanks."
She added after a pause.
"How will you thank me?"
Hanekawa squeezed her soft rear teasingly.
Rin shivered.
Under his heated gaze, she leaned in and kissed him.
"Just this much?"
Hanekawa stared into her lovely eyes.
"W-What else…?"
Rin lowered her head shyly.
Hanekawa grinned.
He gripped her waist and lifted her effortlessly.
Rin yelped as her feet left the ground.
Meeting his eyes, she instantly understood his intentions.
"L-Let’s go back—"
She bit her lip mid-sentence, her legs tensing.
"The movie isn’t over yet. Why leave?"
Hanekawa traced her smooth back.
Rin didn’t answer.
Her breathing grew ragged, her face hot, her body tingling.
"No answer means yes."
Hanekawa inhaled her sweet scent, relishing her silky skin.
"You always… bully me."
Rin clung to him, her nails leaving faint marks on his back—though they faded instantly due to his durability.
"Why are we moving?"
A few seconds later, Rin realized Hanekawa was carrying her away from the seats.
"My legs were stiff. Just stretching."
Hanekawa walked slowly, each step deliberate.
Rin rolled her eyes.
She nipped his shoulder. "You just said—ah!"
Her words dissolved into a gasp as her head tipped back, dizziness overwhelming her.
"Have you been skipping training? Your stamina’s gotten worse."
Hanekawa smirked and spanked her lightly.
Rin, still dazed, could only blush and pant against his shoulder.
Hanekawa kept walking.
The film ended, and the lights came on.
Hanekawa admired Rin’s flushed, glistening body.
In the light, she looked utterly delectable—clinging to him like a koala.
"I’ll take you back."
He stopped and waited a few seconds before speaking.
"S-Sorry…"
Rin’s lashes fluttered as she fought to catch her breath.
Hanekawa waved a hand, gathering their discarded clothes and cleaning up.
Back in Rin’s room, he laid her down.
He peeled off her damp thigh-highs and set them aside—they were beyond saving.
"Rest well."
Hanekawa tucked her in gently.
Rin was asleep instantly.
Hanekawa shook his head.
Among the kunoichi he knew, Rin was the weakest.
She couldn’t even last half an hour in a sparring session.
Changing clothes, he vanished.
At the Hokage Tower’s IT department, a black portal spat Hanekawa out.
Peering inside, he saw Tsunade engrossed in a game of Poker on her computer.
"Sensei."
He cleared his throat.
"Speak. Don’t interrupt my game."
Tsunade didn’t look up.
"How about we set our wedding for August 2nd?"
Hanekawa hugged her from behind.
Tsunade froze for a second before nodding.
August 2nd was their shared birthday.
Four months from now—plenty of time to prepare.
Yet for some reason, she felt both nervous and excited.
"I’ll have ANBU handle the arrangements tomorrow."
Hanekawa slid a hand under her shirt, stroking her stomach. "Should we start thinking about kids?"
Though he’d "trained" extensively, he’d always used chakra-based protection.
Partly because he was still young.
Partly because he wanted Tsunade to bear his first child.
"Children are natural after marriage."
Tsunade steadied her pounding heart and murmured.
"Thank you."
Hanekawa’s chest swelled with joy.
Tsunade gripped his wrist, momentarily dazed.
But as clarity returned, warmth flooded her heart.
