To trap Laura was one thing. But to actually hurt her, make her grieve for the loss of Sixx, Trina and Ginger is a mistake on BS’s part. Laura hasn’t been hurt this badly during the strip and we’ve seen what happens when she’s stressed (“hard ass” shield), so god knows what she’ll be like in that state

Don't put yourself down there Fiona, you're doing a really great job here and we greatly enjoy your hard work... Just take your time with things and we'll enjoy whatever you come out with, that okay? We all know how a person's real life can constantly take some twists and turns that we don't expect. Back to the events in the comic and the situation certainly isn't looking great for any of our heroes! Poor Laura must really be feeling desperate right now; with her after being completely cut off from Michelle, Trina and Ginger: knowing that they are all in Blackstone's power (to varying degrees), but she is powerless to do anything to help them right now; with Laura's previous attempt (her trying to boost up Trina's dominant mana) ending in total failure, Blackstone overpowering Trina without even breaking a sweat and cutting off the link between them, isolating Laura in this crystal prison... Not only that, but Blackstone might also be slowly draining Laura of her own powers, turning what Laura had been intending to use as a way to help protect all of her loved ones with into something which is potentially being used to break their spirits? That's got to feel especially frustrating to her. Still, it's interesting to see how this crystal prison looks, with it seemingly being a large area where several prisoners may still be contained within (maybe it even being how Blackstone has remained so strong for so long, if she's been draining select victims of their power and adding it to her own)! Wonder if Michael (if he's aware of his current situation) might end up taking a few cues from what Laura was trying earlier, trying to boost up Evita with his own dominant mana, but he'd warn her to go to ground now and attempt to gather up some more allies before going up against Blackstone (maybe even trying to figure out how they can potentially cut off her power source, in an attempt to try and potentially even the odds this way); instead of trying to fight against her more directly... Or course, Evita might not be in a position to act very rationally, given her angry expression in the rough sketch you've shared here; or Blackstone's already increased security measures for all her new prisoners as a security precaution? But it's going to be very interesting to get a view inside of Evita's mind right now, if we change viewpoint to her. Whatever comes next will be very interesting!
