2021-06-13 00:56:52 +0000 UTCOh boy, it certainly seems like this particular punishment path is going to be an extremely rough one for Evita to deal with, with her trying not to buckle under all of the sensations which this path will bring back up from wherever she has suppressed them in her mind (given that the path might also amplify things as well, or create fake encounters, based on what's inside of a target's mind). Especially given the fact that Evita has got several major regrets which could be used by the path to try and break her: both coming from when she had been influenced by Xor more directly (with it having been her own decision to read the books which allowed him to gain such control over her mind, despite all of the warnings which she had been given by her husband and their companions about the risks) and every single morally questionable choice which she'd carried out, in her quest to rescue Michael from the Association's grasp (like how she used certain techniques and fears to break Trina, using this to try and force a confrontation with Michelle, Evita's aim being to lure Nora out of the shadows and locate her husband), nearly destroying the whole world as a result of this! Going to be fairly interesting to see exactly how Evita might react to recalling certain events from the past though, with her now having enough time to think things through in more detail, instead of going with the very first idea which seemed like it would fit her goal (along with Xor's corrupting influence having been successfully purged from her mind) now revealing how flawed her choices at those times really were... Wonder if Michael will try to link up with her during this situation then? It's certainly interesting to see how each of the Stable Sisters work though, with the lower ranked Sisters having focused more on the physical aspects of the BDSM sessions to get their slaves to obey their commands, while Rhondonite uses mind games and other mental aspects to guide her ponies towards the decisions which she's wanting them to make. While the physical method might work temporarily on certain people who aren't strong-willed (or only pretending to obey, while they plan out their next move), the more subtle forms of mental conditioning can be far more long-term and harder to resist or shake off fully; even if the person knows what exactly is happening to them! And your art continues to look really good here as well... So, just take as much time as you need to for each page and don't stress yourself out by trying to stick to overly strict deadlines, that okay?

I may have said it before, but I love the more detailed look we're getting at the Stable Sisters. Not just their different colors, facial structures, etc. - but also their personalities and attitudes. A lot of the earlier ones (particular Zircon) seemed to focus on basic albeit intense pain or pleasure as a means of controlling a sub. This one, on the other hand, definitely seems to be focused on the psychological and metal aspects of BDSM. Also, I love the artwork in this one. The shiny, glossy look of their hair is a nice contrast to the background, and the forest in general has a very subdued and melancholy tone to it. Looking forward (with a bit of trepidation) to the next strip :)
