Added 2021-06-20 02:48:44 +0000 UTCAlright, well so much for having this up Friday. At least I managed to get it in before Saturday was up, oi. I hope it was worth the wait at least! It was kinda weird going back and realizing how monstrous Evita was under the influence of Xor. I've gotten used to her being just a grumpy anti-hero, but she was pretty awful early on, huh? At the very least, she never did more than threaten Trina with cutlery. Still. Yikes.
So there's no way I'm going to be able to get another one ready by Monday. Each one of theses strips are tremendous time sinks in a way they weren't in the old days. I put more time into the clean up, the line art itself and the colours and I just can't go back to half-assing it to meet deadlines. So what I'm going to do is update every 2-4 days depending on the difficulty I'm having (or the intrusion of irl BS). That way I can still keep the comics coming but not have to freak out when it's 4am and I'm falling asleep at the desk while in photoshop. That sound alright with y'all?
While I'm at it, did y'all still want me to do other comics? Like, drop in a different strip from time to time in the place of a C6 update? Looking forward to hearing from y'all! Thank you everyone, love y'all~!!!

2021-06-21 01:29:03 +0000 UTCOh wow, now that's playing really dirty indeed, with poor Evita now probably starting to really wonder about just how many of the various controversial actions which she had directed towards certain people (namely Michelle and their allies) had been caused by Xor corrupting her morals; or had it just come from somewhere deep inside of herself? And while she had ended up being partially revealed to be in the right by the actions of both Laura and Michelle, with the pair having both successfully exposed Xor's actions for everyone to see and had defeated him (even if he wasn't completely destroyed like they'd originally assumed), Evita probably knows that quite a few of her actions during her time fighting to rescue Michael from the Association's grip have ended up coming very close to crossing the moral event horizon (maybe even having crossed this line at points, before she got pulled back again by her loved ones and being horrified at what she'd done); with a part of her knowing that she had gotten off surprisingly easy for all the crimes she carried out and has potentially been expecting the other shoe to drop from a height (maybe even thinking that her happy end is all a dream that she's having after being placed into a deep coma state, having been locked up by the Association). Rhondonite certainly seems to have stabbed at some of the core issues which Evita has been carrying around in her mind though and they've been twisting the knife really hard both with their words and the Path of Regret opening certain mental scars again (the images helping to refresh all of those memories), trying to convince Evita to just leaving her painful past behind, starting over completely by becoming Nymphaldilae permanently; it showing Rhondonite's skills in mind games and mental manipulations! This was well worth the extra effort you'd put in, so don't worry about the times when you are dealing with art blocks or some concept doesn't work out exactly as you were hoping for, we'll happily accept whatever your muse decides that it's wanting to create...

I wish, i can see more of those. And, of course, me personally, wish to see your other art. I admit, i Collar(ed) 6 fan foremost, so no wonder. And, about delays: Your suggestion about 2-4 days between strips, is perfectly fine by me personally, but in case, if you don't want to skip the row so badly, i can suggest, put instead of your unfinished work, some sketches, short text story, some of early art, etc. with label (sorry for short delay, but more coming soon) I think this will be enough, to keep audiences attention. So, i can assure you: you're doing just fine, and wish you, to stay cool and fine. Love Ya!

2021-06-20 09:10:24 +0000 UTCNice update. I probably shouldn't enjoy seeing flashbacks of Evita tormenting the girls quite as much as I do. I think posting strips/images whenever they're ready is definitely the way to go. Any kind of fixed schedule will always have a domino effect problem, with any delay to one update eating into the time for the next one. As long as updates keep coming it really doesn't mater which day of the week they're released on. For other comics and stand alone images, I'd say mix it up as much or as little as works for you. If you're on a roll with C6 and want to focus on that exclusively for a few months, go for it. If you hit writers/art block on C6, try doing something else. If some idea has popped into your head that you're excited to draw, do it.

And as we all have said many times in the past -- We don't care when you produce your images/story, you have our collective permission to do so. 2-4 days per "strip" seems reasonable for you, on average. And it doesn't matter what you produce -- if you keep C6 moving along, that's fine -- if you want to break and do one of your other properties, that's fine two, we like to see what's going on in those universes too. And you don't have to take a poll. Flip a coin, roll a die, whatever you choose., or whatever your muse pushes you to do, will be fine with us. Just be happy doing what you're doing (and you do it well). Hang in there, keep the faith. We'll be here.

2021-06-20 03:44:37 +0000 UTCAs for upload schedules I've always been an advocate of "As and when it's ready" whether that takes two days or ten :) So upload whenever you're happy with the strip, life and other commitments permitting! And when it comes to the other strips, I like them, but I would not be devastated or anything if you decided to focus on the main C6 continuity going forward, but if they make you happy, or are a nice break or breath of fresh air creatively then by all means I will happily gobble up any other strips you upload!!

Really! <3 these are meant to be fun for us and we all hope you. <3<3<3 Please don't stress about deadlines! if it's upload one day or another later in the week, we still get to see your amazing art and your comic! Also life happens it's part of that living thing :D. Looks like she is starting a redemption arch, looking forward to where you are taking it. About the other comics sure love all of your work and if you want to do something else I am sure it will be just as amazing. Love you and only want to the best for you! Hugs and Hearts
