482. Welcoming Master

"What?!"

Tang Hao’s words caused Tang San’s snot bubble to burst.

His bloodshot, tear-filled eyes stared blankly at the beautiful woman before him.

His heart was a chaotic mess, filled with mixed emotions—shock, joy, anger, and hatred all at once.

Pop!

Tang San's nose bubbled again, and he drooled uncontrollably as he let out a pitiful cry:
"Mom?!"

"Shut up! I don’t have such a disgusting son!"

Ah Yin furrowed her brows and barked sharply.

In response to her will, the Blue Silver Grass lashed out, slapping Tang San’s face several times.

"Ah—!"

Tang San let out a scream of agony, his eyes brimming with tears as the merciless blows from his mother landed.

Smack! Smack! Smack!

The Blue Silver Grass continued its assault, leaving Tang San’s face a bloodied mess.

His head swung back and forth, splattering blood, while his tear-filled eyes fixated on Tang Hao, silently questioning:
Is this really my mom? It hurts so much!

"Father, save meee!"

Tang San wailed miserably as the purple rings on his soul spirit turned white once more.

"Ah Yin! Little San is truly our son—please stop!"

Tang Hao’s heart twisted in pain as he watched Tang San’s face being beaten into pulp.

Hammer in hand, he rushed forward, determined to separate the mother and son.

But the Ice Emperor stepped in immediately.

Clang!

The Clear Sky Hammer collided with the Ice Jade Scorpion’s claws, sparks flying as Tang Hao was forced back once again.

"Human! Hand over your kidneys, or I’ll kill you!"

The Ice Emperor’s jewel-like yellow eyes fixed intently on Tang Hao’s waist.

"Damn it! Get out of my way!"

Tang Hao roared in anger, activating his soul rings as he charged at the Ice Emperor.

Unfazed, the Ice Emperor met him head-on.

The Eternal Freeze Domain clashed with the Killing God Domain, and the combination of murderous intent and cold aura caused frost to form on the trees and ground. Snowflakes even began to fall from the sky.

Meanwhile, Tang San’s jaw had been dislocated from the repeated slaps of the Blue Silver Grass.

Unable to speak anymore, he could only let out painful groans, his bloodied body trembling as frost began to form on his wounds.

Ah Yin paused her beating, calmly put away the syringe, and turned to face Tang Hao.

"Ah Yin! It’s me, your Hao!"

Even as he fought the Ice Emperor, Tang Hao tried desperately to reach out to Ah Yin.

But her gaze was filled with nothing but disdain.

"Sister Bing, shut him up for me. That disgusting eunuch is so revolting!"

As her voice fell, Ah Yin activated the third stage of the Blue Silver Domain—Samsara Illusion!

The domain helped suppress Tang Hao’s Killing God Domain, giving the Ice Emperor an advantage.

"Don’t worry, I’ll silence him right away," the Ice Emperor assured with confidence.

She then unleashed an icy storm filled with countless razor-sharp blades toward Tang Hao.

"Seventh Soul Skill, Martial Soul True Body!"

Tang Hao shouted, cold air escaping his lips as he raised the Clear Sky Hammer, a look of grave seriousness in his eyes.

This scorpion’s strength was far beyond that of a typical hundred-thousand-year soul beast!

"Good! Once I’m done breaking his bones, I’ll come help," Ah Yin said with a smile that sent chills down Tang Hao’s spine.

"No, Ah Yin! He’s our child!"

Tang San might not understand the external soul bone, but Tang Hao certainly did. There was no way he could let it be taken!

But with the Ice Emperor blocking his path, he had no way to intervene.

"Silence!"

The Ice Emperor shouted, summoning a barrage of ice blades that formed into a massive spear, hurtling toward Tang Hao.

"Ah—!"

Suddenly, Tang San let out a heart-wrenching scream.

His body arched in pain as his limbs were pulled forward by the Blue Silver Grass, while his Eight Spider Lances were yanked backward.

Under Ah Yin’s control, the Blue Silver Grass tightened its grip further, causing Tang San’s eyes to bulge as if they were about to pop out of their sockets.

"Argh—!"

"Little San!"

Tang Hao’s focus wavered, and his fight against the Ice Emperor quickly turned to disadvantage.

"Pfft!"

Tang Hao spat out a mouthful of blood, his eyes filled with confusion.

Why? Why was Ah Yin treating him and their son like this?

Whoosh!
Before Tang Hao could react, Ah Yin used Blue Silver Grass to wrap around Tang San's neck and applied force.

Very soon, Tang San began rolling his eyes back, teetering on the edge of consciousness.

In the Shadows

Qian Renxue watched the scene below, her eyes brimming with delight.

What a show!

Beside her, Qian Renjue also watched with interest, keeping an eye on Tang Hao's potential use of the "Ring Explosion" technique.

He couldn't help but chuckle.

The Ice Emperor's every attack was aimed at Tang Hao's waist—truly persistent.

Qian Renxue glanced at Tang Hao’s waist, now riddled with icy holes, and turned to Qian Renjue.
"Why are you laughing? That scorpion is this way because of your antics."

"I only said it offhandedly back then," Qian Renjue replied, shrugging with a feigned innocence. He gently held Qian Renxue's delicate hand.

"What are you doing?"

Qian Renxue frowned slightly, her expression tinged with a rosy blush.

"I need to borrow your Life Ring for the finishing touches," Qian Renzhe explained with a smile, carefully removing the pink diamond ring from her finger.

In a soft tone, he said, "Sister, you can rest in here for a bit."

"Alright. Be careful."

Qian Renxue leaned closer to whisper her concern into his ear before disappearing.

"Next time, don’t be so formal about borrowing my things. What’s mine is yours," her voice echoed faintly, leaving Qian Renjue smiling.

He slid on the ring and summoned a black robe from his system space. The Fallen One was back in action.

This time, there were no restrictions. After putting on his outfit, Qian Renjue contacted Zhu Zhuqing to arrange for a team to clean up the aftermath.

"Ahh!"

Tang San let out a heart-wrenching, hoarse scream as his body convulsed violently.

Amid his cries, he nearly suffocated, losing control of his bodily functions.

Plop!

The Eight Spider Lances on his back, along with chunks of flesh, were forcefully torn from his spine by the Blue Silver Emperor.

Blood gushed out in large quantities.

The Eight Spider Lances, still twitching, were entangled by the Blue Silver Grass, while Tang San’s entire body spasmed and cramped.

Yellowish fluids mixed with solids dripped from his pants as his blood- and tear-streaked face contorted in agony.

"Little San! Ahh!"

Tang Hao’s eyes turned bloodshot as he let out a desperate cry.

In the next instant, the Ice Emperor struck again.

Her claw-like pincers acted like scissors, slicing through half of Tang Hao’s waist in a single motion.

"Ha ha..."

The Ice Emperor let out a crisp laugh.

Tang Hao’s eyes widened in fury and despair. No longer hesitating, he roared:
"Get out of my way!"

He swung his hammer furiously.

The Ice Emperor dodged, withdrawing her pincer from Tang Hao’s waist and revealing a kidney-like object caught in her grasp.

"So this is what a kidney looks like," the Ice Emperor muttered in disdain, clearly unimpressed.

She had no idea what Qian Renjue needed such a thing for.

"Pfft!"

Tang Hao clutched at his wound, spewing more blood. His eyes burned with rage as his Clear Sky Hammer expanded in size.

"Die!"

Just as he prepared to self-destruct his soul rings, a bloodied "corpse" was flung at him by the Blue Silver Grass.

"Little San!"

Tang Hao immediately retracted his hammer, reaching out to catch Tang San.

At that moment, Ah Yin’s sixth soul ring flashed brilliantly.

She conjured a green light tinged with blood and shot it straight into Tang Hao’s waist wound.

"Pfft!"
"Ahhh—!"

Tang Hao screamed in agony as blood gushed uncontrollably from his wound.

A blood-red Blue Silver Grass sprouted from his injury, growing rapidly and draining his life force.

Tang Hao’s face turned deathly pale as he plummeted from the sky.

Boom!

Tang San’s body followed, crashing to the ground beside him.

"Ah Yin... Pfft! Why?!"

Tang Hao, his remaining limbs trembling, looked up at Ah Yin with tear-filled eyes, choking on blood and sorrow.

Ah Yin paid him no attention.

Under Tang Hao’s anguished gaze, she knelt on one knee, cradling the freshly extracted Eight Spider Lance spirit bone in her hands.

Her voice was full of reverence as she declared:
"Master, Ah Yin has completed her mission."
