You can expect the new video essay soon, and it's going to be long and gay and I think a lot of fun. This video isn’t so much fun, but it was important to us to do something within whatever sphere of influence we might have.

I complained to Auntie Beeb yesterday and received a response this morning. There was the expected spiel about the contest being apolitical but they did at least say they would pass on my comments to senior management and that they were included in their overnight report. So hopefully it will be adding to pressure from other BBC viewers/license payers.
