Its not, but its the trousers isn't it? At least 5 of the Doctors wear tartan trousers, so I was like "okay this is the right vibe!" I thought about wearing my Sarah Jane dungarees from the Hand of Fear and then wrapping the 4th Doctor scarf round my neck, but it wasn't really working. So the scarf is hanging on the chair instead!
