Patreon and Discord usernames.

A - What your username on Patreon is.
B - What your username on Discord is.
If we end up mixing something up, because your usernames are different on Patreon and Discord, then we will not be taking responsibility for the possible problems that could happen.
We NEED to know who you are, otherwise the list we have planned will turn into a complete mess and you may NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.
