In this AU, All might never fought AFO, so he doesn't have a scar. Although being the number 1 hero and generally loved by the public, All Might is the most vain and egotistical hero ever, those who have dealt with him personally generally dislike him. After graduating from UA, he went to live in the UK for awhile, where he met and married David Shield, after awhile he returned to Japan leaving his husband and daughter (Melissa) behind. All Might is aware that he is more brawn than brain, so he needed a sidekick who was intelligent enough to suit his needs to be the greatest hero ever, eventually finding Sir Nighteye. He often steals powerful quirks from villains that he's defeated and even visited prisons to steal quirks from prisoners.
Zen Shigaraki:
In this AU, Zen never became a villain. He is the current president of the HPSC, although he often avoids work to wander around, during one of his attempts to avoid work he stumbled onto two middle school students being attacked by a villain with a sludge quirk. He eventually passed on his quirk to Izuku, since he felt that he deserved it more because the kid once wanted to be a hero and he himself doesn't really use One for All. With the help of Katsuki Bakugo, he trained Izuku to use the quirk safely, he even introduced them to his adopted son, Tenko Shimura.
