I agree with you, you have to relax a little, let the author do her job, she knows what she's doing, a story can involve a thousand things at the same time and little by little it develops, it's just a matter of time, while we enjoy the process of it, getting our conclusions about what happens next, because that makes it even more exciting.

I feel there’s no redeeming Freya… she literally took Elli’s first kiss, touched her body even after Ellis was trying to help her get away from that gross boy. Then Freya turns around and does the same thing, then doesn’t even apologize for it until later and on top of all of that she looked at her undressed all this without her consent. The last one may have been an accident but the other two are still really bad imagine if that was a boy, we would hate his guts 😔
