Well, I would vote "only sometimes" as it is very irregular, so I voted no. There are some nice Pictures on that channel, but as a progress report I prefer a more wordy style, like "Hey I am working on Chapter X and did animations for " maybe accompanied by some pictures. But at the end of the day/week/month, any sign of "it is still alive" is good.
