Dragon Lair
Added 2023-12-07 17:00:09 +0000 UTCI took a small break from the Brightwater city to work on some cave maps. In this set, I decided to do some simple dragon lair maps for the chromatic dragons.
- The Green dragon features sprawling vines, poisonous mushrooms, and a suspicious fairy circle.
- The Black dragon protects its lair with thorny brambles, putrid water, and tar pits. Skeletons decompose from harsh acid within mud.
- The White dragon favors desolate, snowy tunnels. Remains of its prey are frozen in place;
- The Blue dragon burrows through sandstone and dunes, leaving crystalline structures lining some of the chambers. The dry bones of its victims hide half buried in sand.
- The Red dragon resides in active lava tunnels, with boiling magma and noxious fumes creating treacherous obstacles. Scorched bodies of animals and trespassers remain in smoldering embers.
Depending on how you play, you can use have an underwater (or under-lava) passage connecting the final hoard room and the "adjacent" chamber.
