But in this case it appears she's restricting herself to very basic dialogue and not trying to act in a specific manner beyond enjoying the sex, so they've avoided that pitfall and it's more like TiNi is addressing his need using an extremely sophisticated "doll" than putting himself in a situation where his memories of Maggie could be overwritten. This zoroark is good at what she does.

Good, they're already avoiding one of the biggest problems with this sort of thing: coming to think the fake is more "real" than the original. This is a problem in lucid dreaming, where one of the things you want to avoid is doing activities with people you know in real life because the dream can bleed over into your memories, causing you to think things happened that didn't, or that the dreamed personality is what a person is actually like.
This perfect visual replica scenario is the same. If she's too good an actor, then TiNi can start thinking that these temporary sessions are more what Maggie is like than her actual self. When the time comes for him to see the real maggie, times where she acts differently from how the zoroark imagines her to be, would then result in his greater exposure to the zoroark making him view that setup more favorably than the real deal; potentially ruining their relationship altogether.
