2021-12-07 19:42:01 +0000 UTCIn this universe, I made it so that getting pregnant is more serious for the NidoranF line. Their reproductive biology is unique canonically. In this story, for a female Nidoran, getting pregnant = evolving. Unfortunately, that means if she miscarries, she will forever be a motherless Nidoqueen. I want to go more in depth on that subject. I fear it may stick out like a sore thumb for this story, or really be pushing it for the theme being discussed in this story. I don't think TiNi would go so far as to try to pretend they have the same biological functions as a female (even if there were subtle hints in the scene with Maggie revealing her pregnancy). But with the influence of the three Pokemon on Entropy, he may do that. He would not have qualms trying to barge into a female-only gladiator ring.
