Beheeyem did something far more insidious and permanent. "Your colors reflect your nature." "A real man wouldn't be beaten so easily." "Perhaps you enjoy being on the receiving end." All paired with a complete mental domination and the very-realistic hallucination of being raped rather than getting a proper loss-fuck penalty. What Beheeyem did, was plant a seed Inception-style. Only instead of "none of this is real", the suggestion it planted was: "AM I female?" A seed that would then grow on its own, permanently changing and altering TiNi's personality as time went on, especially if he runs into people who would reinforce that message when the old TiNi would have ignored or dismissed those types previously. TiNi won't be recovering from this with a simple knockout. This MIGHT hopefully wake him up to realize something's wrong, but undoing significant harm to one's psyche can't be done overnight unless he goes to a psychic therapist who can directly work with his neural pathways - and considering that Beheeyem's actions widened the fracture between psychics and non-psychics, plus TiNi's own beliefs, that's a VERY low probability.
