Considering his illlusions are all about deception, it's refreshing that his actual personality has always been about direct honesty (except for not admitting that he had a crush on the old TiNi, but considering the guy was both straight-romantic and actually married, it's understandable).

Help him wash up after fights, provide sexual assistance as needed, be a general companion on the weekends just around the arena apartment like when they eat and stuff. Effectively a hired friend, but pre-beheeyem Zen actually liked his job. None of that has really changed with Maggie no longer being in TiNi's life, though Zen probably doesn't want to be here much longer at this point.
