it was more meant to be a joke over anything, but my point was that that's Meowths Gigantimax form. Persian (as far as we know) doesn't have a Gigantimax form. But hey its your comic so you do what you wanna do

I don't believe radioactive particles from Eternatus have to be restricted to a single region in my comic's universe. Winds can carry nuclear radiation for hundreds of miles (and in the case of Pokemon-drafted winds, thousands of miles). Also, Bulbapedia notes: "Although Dynamax and Gigantamax are only known to occur in the Galar region, Melmetal's Gigantamax form is a legend in a land distant from Galar." This means Gigantamaxing and Dynamaxing is not exclusive to Galar.
There is a Corviknight in Corrosion; who's to say it doesn't take place in Galar? I believe Pokemon with unique dynamax forms can evolve and use unique evolved Dynamax forms. Gamefreak did not give every one of them a unique model. I can. Just like I can give Breloom different designs despite it not being 'lore accurate'. It makes the world more fun.

Only in Galar because of the Galar Particles in the region. Also unique dynamax forms, like Pikachu, Eevee, and Meowth, refuse to evolve.

Yes, they do. https://cdn1.dotesports.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/22213606/EjF6wNWU0AAXCKo.jpg Zygarde, for example, cannot Gigantimax, yet still has clouds.
Here is an example of a non-legendary that cannot Gigantimax: https://nintendoeverything.com/wp-content/uploads/dynamax-pokemon-656x369.jpg

I think they mean Persian can't Gigantimax (they don't get the red clouds when just Dynamaxing)

Huh? Any Pokemon can Dynamax (at least in Sword/Shield).
