I was asked to submit a 1-minute essay to be a part of Hotcyder's 'One Minute Remaining essay mixtape' he puts together over on his channel.
This is my contribution to the project. It was both challenging and liberating putting this thing together. As you know my essays are starting to get pretty long so it was a nice change of pace to be able to put something tiny like this together.
As for the process, I scanned in each image and animated them in After Effects. My boy Andrew Miller, who did the sound design for Untangling God Of War and the OOT video, did the sound for this and it's pretty epic.
