Important Update on $15 Tier

After much consideration and discussion I have decided that February 2020 will be the last month for the $15 tier.

I will still finish this month as usual but as soon as I have everyone's form I will be moving all $15 folks to the $5 tier.

This tier's sketches don't fit into my workflow very well and they prevent me from utilizing my time efficiently. When this year started I thought that maybe I needed to cut comms out of my regimen but really it's these sketches that need to go. Sadly they don't benefit me or any of my financial, social or artistic endeavors in the long run.

And a quick aside, please, if you're reading this and feel bad for wanting a sketch, please don't feel bad. I'm not complaining, rather, I'm doing some problem solving, (there was a problem, I came up with a solution, with help from other suporters). Patreon and Subscribestar are a huge growing experience. It shows me what works and what doesn't. Sometimes I know really quickly if something doesn't work, sometimes it takes a while to find out.

With that said, $5 will be my highest tier going forward.

(The benefit of the $15 tier over the $5 was the sketch. So without it I don't have a reason to offer a $15 tier.)

If you would like to give more than $5 per month it's very appreciated, always, but just be aware I really can't offer any immediate benefits for it, aside from my gratitude.

$5 gets the following benefits:

Discord access

First dibs on commission slots

A 10% discount on commissions 🆕

Early access

Voting

$1 Gets the following benefits:

Early access

Voting

And yes, I will be doing more polls and voting for stuff.

Also keep in mind, that commission discount for the $5 tier is passive. If you are able to use it cool, if not, no big deal, it's always there. Applied per commission. However, it's not a coupon.

( So no, you can't hoard a bunch of them for a free commission ;> )

I'm aware that by getting rid of this tier that I'll be short some money, but it's money I can recover by doing commissions. Instead of 10 black and white sketches I could do 2 colors, 1 really big color (really almost any combination works better than what I've been doing).

It's also way less stress for me, less forms to keep track of etc.

Also my color works get way more attention and reception on gallery/ social media sites than my black and white sketches seem to. I think moving away from sketches as much as I can is the way to go.  To make way for bigger and better, more interactive projects.

Thank you for understanding and I hope you're looking as forward to this year as I am :>
