Hey guys, it's Owen! Quick life update— I'm back at home after a quick (but slightly urgent) trip to visit my family cross-country. Everything went pretty well, but it's been a stressful last few weeks - and part of that stress is due to me receiving an ADHD diagnosis right before I needed to travel. Things are going well overall, and the next few weeks hold a lot of good treatment-related optimism for me, but please pardon our dust while everything's just a bit turbulent right now!

I wanted to share a couple photos from the night I got back home to Arizona! When I received my diagnosis before I left, Suzana showed me a meme with a cake just like this, and I swear I laughed for a good 5 minutes. I think I jokingly said something like "except the meme isn't enough for me, now I just want that actual cake in real life"— so she decided to make one from scratch for me while I was away. It was literally the coolest surprise to come home to. I don't know what I'd do without her! ♥

We're now both back in the office and should have our feet back on the ground running— we'll see you Monday with the next full page of TOY, and hopefully some more WIP shots of our new Slipshine pages as well!
