So I’m assuming another reason he always sleeps is to rest his eyes to make the most out of his quirk.

The other is the actual quirk, which only Principal, Recovery Girl, a couple of close friends and Midoriya know about. Aizawa, even though he's a nightshift hero, knows about All Might's deflation (its funny every time I type it sorry XD) since any teacher may be called to take his place in case he is close to his time limit. Like in the case shown currently.

Btw Bakugou is super popular among the fans and has won several character popularity polls. So seeing him being teased in this episode that no one would vote for him is kinda funny as in irl he is (one) the most popular characters.

It's very similar to Universal Studios in LA (the Harry Potter World is exactly the same, except everything is in Japanese). It does have a Super Mario World and some anime specific stuff. They had a Demon Slayer Mugen Train VR ride, now they have a Attack on Titan VR ride, a Sailor Moon 4D show, and a HunterxHunter 4D show. A One Piece ride is coming this summer.

So, like Aizawa and No.13 know that All Might can't show up when he used all of the power, but they don't know about his quirk could be inherited to other. The principal knows.
