He reflects humans motivations in life on himself in order to find connections between humans and curses. After that he is able to find the most efficient way to develop as a curse. (Don't get confused by that😄, you may better understand me in a few episodes)

2022-06-24 07:13:42 +0000 UTCSome things you may have missed that are pretty important for the future. 1. During the fight, Nanami mentioned "revealing ones hand". This is a "technique" where any curse users (sorcerers or curses) reveal to their opponent on how their abilities work which actually makes their abilities more effective. This is a way for the anime to explain to us how all these new abilities work without making characters seem stupid for revealing their power. (Barely any anime does this, all i know is HunterxHunter that also did this) 2. Yall may have understood this part. since all curse come from a sort of hatred/fear, you can imagine what is the most hated/feared thing in the world. Natural disasters like volcanic eruption, earthquakes, tsunamis (the volcano dude, the flower dude and the red octopus dude) and like mahito mentioned he is haterd/fear humans have for one another. Kinda shows how powerful they must be

2022-06-24 06:27:50 +0000 UTCthe disfigured humans that itadori and nanami fought werent the kids from the theatre, they were just disfigured in the same way, so you can presume that its done by the same culprit (mahito, the patchwork spirit in the sewers with junpei) :] if i understood correctly, the kids were just murdered by being disfigured by mahito, while the ones fought by itadori/nanami had also been infused with cursed energy or manipulated in some way to have cursed energy, otherwise nanami would have realized immediately that there was no cursed energy and therefore they couldnt be cursed spirits !
